DESMOND DAVIDSON
Chief Executive Officer & Founder
Desmond’s ability to continuously produce partnerships for athletes in all markets allows us to extend prospective opportunities for our clients. He works to formulate and implement strategic media plans on behalf of Total 360 Management clients and to promote player branding and imaging. He is responsible for creating new business opportunities including player foundations, appearances and sponsorships.
JAMON BROWN
President of Operations & Strategic Planning
Jamon has transitioned from the NFL after playing 7 seasons. Currently, consuming an executive role with Total 360 Management as the President of Operations & Strategic Planning. He played college football at the University of Louisville and graduated in 2014 with a degree Justice Administration. He was drafted by the Rams in the third round of the 2015 NFL Draft. With goals set on enhancing the economy, image and quality of life in the Louisville community by bringing the Jamon Brown Empowerment Center to the Russell Neighborhood.
JAMES BURGESS JR
Vice President of Community Relations
With James recently announcing his retirement, he's currently transitioning from the NFL after playing 5 seasons. Recently accepting an executive role with Total 360 Management as the Vice President of Community Relations. He played college football at the University of Louisville and graduated in 216 with a degree in Communications. With goals set on enhancing the economy, image and quality of life in the Louisville, Ky and Homestead, FL communities by attracting and creating significant sporting events and activities.
ARTHUR DANDRIDGE
Vice President of Global Information Technology
Arthur is a visionary with over 15 years of technical expertise. He is the Owner and CEO of Ameliorate Systems LLC, a company providing innovative Information Technology solutions suitable for various industries, and companies of all sizes. He brings his leadership values to Total 360 Management to propel technical business partnerships. He is responsible for Total 360’s technical infrastructure as well as keeping up with the accelerated developments of the Technology world around us.
BELLA RAE
Vice President of Marketing & Talent PR
Bella Rae is a true creative and if you tell her 2 words to describe your company she can create a marketing plan to help make your dreams come true! She is the owner and CEO of Bella Rae Media, a company that provides everything marketing including voiceover work and talent development. You can catch Bella Rae on your radio or in the community teaching the kids and helping the adults. She brings her Marketing Expertise and Talent Development skills to Total 360 as the new VP of Marketing & Talent PR! She will help push our talents to the next level with their communication skills and will take on everything marketing.
CHRIS LEWIS
Director of Sales & Service
Chris' ability to lead growth of sponsorship revenue by developing and building corporate relationships and then providing them with an integrated marketing platform to meet their needs. Mr. Lewis proactively sought out business on a local as well as national level at Total 360 Management. Assisted in implementing the blueprint for the current sponsorship deck. Worked hand in hand with internal departments to build the most creative integrated marketing platform resulting in opportunities to maximize revenue.
