Chief Executive Officer & Founder
Desmond’s ability to continuously produce partnerships for athletes in all markets allows us to extend prospective opportunities for our clients. He works to formulate and implement strategic media plans on behalf of Total 360 Management clients and to promote player branding and imaging. He is responsible for creating new business opportunities including player foundations, appearances and sponsorships.
Chief Operating Officer
Reggie a dual threat athlete entering his fourth season at running back with the Carolina Panthers; also making executive moves inside business rooms. Outside of the game of football he is motivated by community impact, providing mentorship at Total 360 Management. Being involved in initiatives that provide support and exposure to underserved communities are apart of Reggie core values. Igniting philanthropic endeavors daily are objectives Mr. Bonnafon instills daily to our future leaders of tomorrow thru partnerships with school systems and non-profit organizations in urban communities,
Senior Vice President of Football Operations
Jovan’s ability to help find and recruit talent to Total 360 Management as well as enhancing our clients' value to society. He works promoting the use of the game of football to positively impact people’s lives through excellence and service by applying clarity, consistency, and credibility to all aspects of football. He also helps facilitate brand opportunities and sponsorships.
Vice President of Football Operations & Strategic Planning
With Jamon recently announced his transition from the NFL after playing 7 seasons. Recently accepting an executive role with Total 360 Management as the Vice President, Football & Strategic Planning. He played college football at the University of Louisville and graduated in 2014 with a degree Justice Administration. He was drafted by the Rams in the third round of the 2015 NFL Draft. With goals set on enhancing the economy, image and quality of life in the Louisville community by attracting and creating significant sporting events and activities.
Director of Player Development
Calvin declared for the NFL Drafter after his junior year at the University of Louisville. He was selected 18th overall the New York Jets. Calvin had a productive three solid seasons with over 60 tackles each year and started 38 games with the Jets. He would go on to play for the Cleveland Browns and Jacksonville Jaguars. Developing athletes at Total 360 Management instilling skills teaching community outreach, knowledge of the game, work ethic, and social media management. "I seek to help create and build a players brand.”
Director of Community Engagement
Kevon is creative and driven Community Engagement Director with a demonstrated history of working in the sports industry. Skilled in developing innovative cause-related initiatives that align with an organization’s brand image and philanthropic strategy. Develop and implement annual corporate social responsibility strategy that aligns with the Total 360 Management commitment to strengthening the local communities. Mr. Richardson collaborates with corporate communications, digital media, broadcasting and marketing teams to develop media plans and marketing collateral for community programs, events and campaigns.
Senior Director of
Clinton leads the strategic direction and vision for the entire digital product lifecycle of key marketing initiatives across web-based platforms at Total 360 Management in conjunction with managing the day-to-day user experience and maintenance of the Total 360 Management digital ecosystem. Advance company’s digital marketing campaigns, using paid social, SEO, SEM to drive multi-channel growth. Collaborate cross-functionally with all key lines of business, including Corporate Partnerships, Merchandise Sales, Marketing, Communications and Corporate Social and Responsibility.
Director of Digital Marketing
Juan ability to generate revenue through the sales and management of integrated marketing and media platforms to new and current partners is vital at Total 360 Management. While driving and managing partnership growth for our clients through marketing, licensing, and retail partnerships and well as new business venture. Always focused on working across the organization to ensure input from key constituents while helping drive the creation, implementation, strategic management, and profitability of partner promotional programs and initiatives.
Director of Sales & Service
Chris' ability to lead growth of sponsorship revenue by developing and building corporate relationships and then providing them with an integrated marketing platform to meet their needs. Mr. Lewis proactively sought out business on a local as well as national level at Total 360 Management. Assisted in implementing the blueprint for the current sponsorship deck. Worked hand in hand with internal departments to build the most creative integrated marketing platform resulting in opportunities to maximize revenue.
