Graphic Design Intern
Summer 2023 Semester
The 2023 Summer Semester Graphic Design Internship will create visual components for marketing, communications and social media for all Total 360 Management athletes, maintain the organization’s brand and visual assets, and keep a portfolio of all work. The Graphic Design intern will serve under the direct supervision of our Executive Administrative Assistant. This position will work directly with the team and will be 100% remote.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create designs and layouts for marketing, sponsorship, and community outreach

Bring a fresh outlook on ways to maintain a current and professional design for all media components of the organization

Edit and review documents prior to production
-
Coordinate proofing and production process
-
Assist in the production of visual content for social media and website
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Current college/university student studying graphic design or a related field
-
Must be proficient with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop

Knowledge with YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
-
Knowledge of the major 4 sports (NFL, NBA, MLB & NHL) highly preferred
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects

Ability to work in a team environment

Intern

The 2023 Summer Semester Social Media Internship will consist of assisting the Total 360 Social Media Team in creating, posting and managing content throughout the duration of the internship. The Graphic Design intern will serve under the direct supervision of our Executive Administrative Assistant. This position will work directly with the team and will be 100% remote.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Produce 3-5 written content pieces a week

Contribute to the overall digital content strategy for all athletes

Help create, manage, and execute digital content calendar

Manage all Total 360 social handles
-
Assist in the maintenance & creation of ticket, partnership, community and fan web pages

Analyze digital performance data on www.total360mgt.com and social media platforms

Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions for upcoming projects
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Undergraduate or Graduate Student with an emphasis in journalism, communications, web design or related field

High proficiency in written and verbal communication skills
-
Self-starter who can take initiative in a dynamic environment

Demonstrate a strong understanding of digital and social media practices

Knowledge of the major 4 sports (NFL, NBA, MLB & NHL) highly preferred

Experience with a web analytics platform (Google Analytics)
